Thank you for joining us for another Memorial Day Classic! Once again this year, we are asking everyone to use eCheck-In to check in to our tournament. We will not have in person check in. You must check your team in prior to playing your first game.
Please read through these instructions carefully and follow them fully. Should any questions arise email us by putting your club, team, age, gender and the word “Question” in the subject line: Example: “Voorhees SA Alliance U14 Girls Question” and a staff member will respond as quickly as possible.
Please note that we can only accept submissions in .pdf format. Please ensure that your scanner is set to save in .pdf format.
To complete eCheck-In for this year's tournament, please upload the following under the Registration tab for your Application in GotSport:
- A copy of your passes in a single file. This should include passes for guest players.
- A copy of your league roster with players not playing in the tournament crossed out and any guest players written in with their pass numbers. Please have a copy of your submitted roster with you at each game.
We are not requiring you to submit copies of medical release forms. However, by completing the e-Check In process, you certify that you will have medical release forms for all players on your tournament roster with you at all times.
The Tournament Committee will begin reviewing eCheck-in submissions starting Monday, May 8th and continuing until 6:00pm, Thursday, May 25th. Any team that misses this deadline may be ruled ineligible to participate in the tournament.
